The above drain unblocking prices include any call out charge and the first 30 minutes of work. Subsequent Time Where Required Will Be Charged in Half Hourly Increments.

All of our vehicles are fitted with high pressure jetting equipment, as such we will require good access to the drain or problem in question. Where any controlled parking exists a parking permit or authorised parking space must be provided (free of charge) where this is not available any associated parking costs or parking fine incurred with be the responsibility of the customer.

The charge for use of high pressure jetting equipment is per 30 minutes and is in addition to our single blockage charge. The majority of blockages are resolved within the first 30 minutes, where this is not possible we will stop work and ask how you would like us to proceed, this is to ensure you are kept aware of costs at all times. Prices quoted are single blockage, where pipe or sewer abuse has occurred due to foreign material such as fat build up or baby wipes we will quote an hourly rate for clearance and removal of such objects.

Payment Terms

All card payments must be made at time of booking. Cash payments must be made on arrival at site, a receipt will always be issued. In all cases work will only commence once cleared payment has been received. Copies of invoices are available via email on job completion.

Cancelation Charge

We require 24 hours notice of cancelation once work has been booked in. If 24 hours notice is not given a £40 + VAT charge will be applicable.

Working Hours

Normal working hours are considered to be 8am to 5pm Monday to Friday, any work carried out outside of these hours will be charged at out of hour’s rates. This will always be made clear before at the point of booking before work commences.
